Excellent service and friendly staff. Room had an excellent view. Our luggage was late getting to us and without complaining they made it up to us by surprising us with goodies during our turned down service. Parking is a bit high however nice place to stay if you want down Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier action.
My experience was 85% less than what I experienced in the past when it was four seasons. most of the remodeling is a 2 star hotel. No worth the price they charge for stay. Most of the accommodations are 2 star hotel. Beds still comfortable. Have to say it. The best of the hotel is the bell service people. I hope the residents keep these people!
Service at the resturant could have been a little better. I felt the bus boy was paying more attention to us than the waiter :(
Enjoy my dining experience!! Once all renovations are done I'm sure I'll be having to change my Rating to perfection!! ⭐️
Excellent experience and they treated us like kings. Definitely will be visiting again!!
