Our stay just started and the customer service has been exceptionally lack luster. At best. We purchased a certificate for a ONE night stay at a charity golf event in Bloomington, Il this summer(Els for autism). My wife and I take a trip to Chicago every year to celebrate the holidays without our children so it worked out perfect.
