We stayed here in April 2016. The service was much better than the Waldorf, but the beds were very uncomfortable. When I voiced my concern, they listened, gave me the excuse that they were renovating, but took no action. They did say to contact them before my next stay, and they MAY be able to arrange an upgrade. I never expected to spend 400.00 on a room, and be so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.
They weren't very welcoming to a Marriott Rewards Platinum member.
Its okay the service is awesome. People should go there
