Beautiful hotel! Some furniture is looking very "tired" and details (the ones that matter most) were overlooked.
My facial was fabulous! I must come back the staff is so nice they make you feel like royalty!
Thank you to the staff, especially Jill, you all were outstanding!! My client will never forget your hospitality and I'm hoping we can celebrate their wedding at the Ritz in 2016! Merry Christmas!
