Superb Customer Service and Impeccable Professionalism executed from the Hotel Operator to the front line Management team during my recent stay in your hotel. I was totally amazed with the exhaustive efforts demonstrated by the team members who went above and beyond in partnership with me to ensure the success of a wonderful weekend party event for my 14 year old niece and her teenage entourage in your breathtaking Presidential Suite. Always wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, The Staff is wonderful and will go the extra mile without even asking, Rudy is so nice and it is worth a weekend. The spa is one of the nicest with all you need to relax. The food is always good,consistant, you never have to worry about anything as they take care of it for you. The went so far as to give my 4 year old daughter a matching robe like the adults and when my son forgot his mac cord, they sent someone to get him another.
