The food is absolutely WONDERFUL as always but the customer service was HORRIBLE! I called in to place an order to pick up and the female who answered the phone immediately placed me on hold....for approximately 15 minutes, then hung up me! The food was good, but the customer service at this particular location was horrible. I will visit this location again. I called in my order, the young girl said it will be 10-15 mins. I arrived a little early. Another young girl was bringing orders out from the kitchen. I noticed she did not call my number so I waited. I see her bring out another order and the girl tending to the registered never checked on my order. My order had been sitting up on the counter for 20mins without them notifying me. So the one close to brown.. the 2 females that were working in there said i was broke because i didnt want to spend .75 on a vess soda.. i was dining in so i asked for a cup of water.. after a head and eye roll was told no.. now after i fronted the bitch she said she was ready to fight ummm u never came out!!! Stop talking all shit yall lost several customers behind this with yall broke ass
I absolutely love The Rice House. This is normally the first stop we make when visiting STL.
I'm so sick of the inconsistent service. This is for #2 location. Just got a box full of uncooked rice. I guess your workers were too busy trying to get to their fight party!!!!! Pissed....but I'll see you tomorrow for my refund.
