I went last Thursday and was met with an irate employee who argues with customers loud and rude because she didn’t tell me what she thought she told me. Went the following Tuesday 9:40pm turned me away stating they aren’t taking anymore orders even though there were no customers and they closed at 10. Standing around get paid for doing nothing!! Not going back! Poor customer service! I will take my rides to U-City for better tasting food and better customer service’. What a waste hiring the wrong staff!

My entire order incorrect and the St. Paul I did receive looked and tasted terrible. Did not return to the location because I live too far to return. Just say this is the last time The Rice House will receive my money.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. I called in our order of 1/2 order of special fried rice and an order of chicken wings. When we got home, we only had 1 packet of soy sauce which wasn't enough. Not used to Chinese restaurants only giving 1 sauce but we could have paid for more had we known. Also the chicken had big feathers fried on them. They were so big they should have been noticed. We guess it's not important to them.

Food is great but customer service here sucks. It’s pretty obvious they don’t train their employees. I had an order made wrong. I was told to give them my name the next time I returned and the items would be replaced for free. I called today to get those items being that I don’t come out here often. They told me that they didn’t even have my name wrote down and that it was expired. My order was taken 2 maybe 3 weeks ago and I wasn’t even informed that a credit had an expiration date on it. Order was wrong then food is dry af !! Lol at this wtf really this supposed to be sweet and sour chicken dried out smh!!! No kind of sauce on this and want to be pricey at that !!

Spent nearly $50 here and had it sent through door dash and The Rice House did not put all of my food in the bag! Called them and they are saying that I need to contact door dash to get my missing food. The manager is very rude and continued to talk over me! I ordered food over an hour ago, so I guess I’m supposed to wait another hour? So then I asked for a refund and the Manager at the rice house says that Door Dash has to refund me! Door dash is the delivery service, not the merchant! Secondly the bag of food was not close... read more

Nasty, the food was so horrible, I couldn’t get my dog to eat it! I ordered orange chicken that tasted like ketchup and soy sauce mixed together and they gave a very small portion of meat. The shrimp fried rice was cold and lumpy with only 6 shrimps. Get your Chinese food elsewhere!
