Customer service is so trash at this location I asked for jambalaya rice an order of crab Rangoon and a side of gravy these cooks put the gravy inside of my rice after calling them to tell them that they made a mistake on my order the girl became belligerent with me. This is the second time that this has happened where a mistake was made on my order and the customer service girl became rude with me so therefore I will never go to this rice house. I highly recommend this establishment stop working with postmates. Decent food but terrible communication. Placed an order at 7:15 and was notified at 8:30 that our order was canceled because nobody from postmates came and picked up the order. Restaurant could have called and let us know it was ready if we wanted to pick it up instead. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Horrible customer service. My husband called them to order the food 🥘 and asked if they have any Vietnamese soup. They rudely said “No sir” and hung up the phone. We tried to call them 2 more times but they did not answer the phone. I felt bad if my family was treated like that in any cases. I will never come back this restaurant again. I wish there was 0 star review cause they deserve zero customer service rank
I called in to place an order, but no one was answering the phone. So I went inside and placed an order and went back out to my car to wait for 15 minutes, since I couldn’t wait inside due to social distancing measures. Came back in, got my food, and left. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my bag before I left and I got all the way home and the St. Paul was not in the bag. So I drove back to the restaurant because they still weren’t answering the phone. I just picked up 5 items. Spent $40, gave you a $7 tip on a pick up order; and I asked for a an extra small box to use as a plate and y’all couldn’t give me one?!! What a joke.
