Ok I am ALWAYS eating at the rice house and what just happened made me very upset. So i called up to the rice house at 5:22pm and placed and order for two half orders of PLAIN fried and a order of crab Rangoon, the cashier on the phone gave me a price and we hung up at 5:40pm my boyfriend go to pick up the order only to be told the order was never placed!!!!! Hire friendlier cashiers at the N. Lindbergh Blvd. location. Cashiers should where name badges for identification. One cashier in particular is ALWAYS blah. There has not been a time when I visited this location that she’s not. Today both cashiers have sad faces and blah moods. There are plenty of ppl who need jobs that will do it with smiles and friendliness .

Called in food and the young lady on the phone was rude from the onset of answering the phone. She seemed extremely bothered that we even called and interrupted her day. Upon arrival, we stood in front of the empty restaurant waiting while she and the other register attendant chatted on their cell phones then eventually asked, “what you need?” Not courteous at all. First time trying it I saw signs check your bags... which I did but not knowing what their packaging looks like... paid $4 extra for shrimp in my fried rice and by the time I got home and realized the fried rice wasn’t in my bag they were closed ... now I DEFINITELY see why they post check your bags you LITERALLY have to stand there and open and check EVERY item
Great food but horrible front desk service. I always have a problem with them. I know good help is hard to find and it’s obvious.
The best in town. I love this place
This place has great food ..... their bacon fried rice is amazing ! I love how they fuse many different types of food together ... Kenny and his better half do a great job !
