Just ate here for the first time Saturday and I was skeptical because of the reviews but I had to try it for myself. Great customer service, the only thing is when I got home the food was fried too long it was hard. Other than that the rice was good!

I've been eating Asian/Chinese food all my life and without a doubt The Rice House is the worse I've ever eaten.
I love the St. Paul's but, my special St. Paul was special, it was plain and the crab ragoon had litlle t no filling. but thre rice was fantastic
My son in-law and I ordered their special fried rice last night and we both woke up this morning sick as hell; vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever and weakness. My wife ordered the steamed rice with chicken and she is excellent. The only thing we ate in common was the fried rice. I have leftovers so I'm having it tested ASAP. My car club orders from them on a regular basis for our meeting. Hurts my heart but I'll never eat there again.

Manager was ghetto rude ! Order was wrong and they didn't compensate me for their mistakes and negligence I tried both locations on lindbergh and Maryland heights! Horrible customer service ever I'll never go again I've also reported the business to the BBB hopefully now I'll e compensated for ALL of the trouble
