U mess my order up then give me the Okey doke, NEVER AGAIN !!!! The Cross Keys location SUCKS!!!!

Customer service is a joke, they told me they dont deliver until 5pm but fail to mention that on their menu. Overpriced food for undervalued customers. Way to turn down business. The manager Cynthia asked me to call back, even for a carryout due to their staffing issues.

First the online ordering didn't work for the Maryland Heights location. Second every time I called the phone number to order for pickup it just went straight to voicemail. So I had to go there to place my order and waist more than 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch. Not to mention while I stood there and waited the phone is ringing and they are taking orders. Food was ok and the people who worked there were very nice. But I'm not sure if I'll be visiting again anytime soon.

I can't never get through to call in a order , food is okay but they cheat you out of your money small portions. I can't get what I want for better quality at my regular spot for less then 10$ . Here combination plate is 9$ RIP OFF. THEN I CALL THE NEXT DAY AFTER FINALLY GETTING THROUGH ON A SATURDAY THEY HAVE NO DELIVERY DRIVER TILL 5PM BUT WHEN I CALL AT 733PM THEY SAY THEY STOP DELIVERING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! PLUS THEY ARE SLOW !!!! IF I COULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE I WOULD !!!!!!!
I came in to order 1 half basil fried rice and 1 whole fried rice. They served both orders in the same size box container and told me one was the half order and the other was the whole fried rice order. How both containers were filled to the top, but both can not be two different orders. The cashier told me they now serve both half and full orders in the same size half box.
