Verified Renter Today was one of the most lovely events at REM. We were treated to special events all day long. I especially loved the Paint and Sip afternoon. The teacher was amazing and we learned so much. I have been a resident here two times, once in 2019/2020 and then back again in 2022. This is my favorite home and mostly because of the incredible capable and loving staff. Long live Bozzuto!

Verified Renter I have absolutely loved the 2.5 years I’ve spent at RAE. It’s hands-down the best apartment complex I’ve been to (or lived in) in DC. The staff is uniformly wonderful and so helpful and responsive, the amenities are incredible, and the neighbors are lovely (and even if they weren’t, the thick walls would provide a nice barrier—my pianist-husband can confirm). Add all of that to the fantastic neighborhood, and I never want to leave. In fact, I’ve just signed another 2-year lease to make sure I don’t have to.
