Verified Renter From the staff to amenities to location, my resident experience is almost perfect. We have a real community feeling here. It's great to chat at the coffee machine or at our weekly building-hosted community events. We have wonderful green spaces - courtyard and rooftop. Eastern market or barrcks row are teeming with shops and host lively events too. Trader Joe's is in the basement of the building and the metro is across the street. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in DC
