Great place to live. Also the maintenance is amazing!
The apartment itself was older and it was dirty when we first moved in but overall the experience living here has been really nice. Lots of activities and amenities offered and the people in the office are always pretty nice
Thin, uninsolated walls, constant noise from loud drunk people, expensive electric bills, no hot water ever, rude management staff, stupid fees for no reason, bad owners. Basically the only thing this place has to offer is its price. But you'd be better off spending more to live elsewhere.
I am currently on my 3rd lease and really have no complaints expect for the electric bill. Staff is always very helpfull, management will work with you if u have a problem, the pool is very nice with 2 giant propane grills ready to use. I have never had a problem with maintenance getting things done in a timely manor and have had good roommates.
Management is the worst. They are gonna nickel and dime you to death. You can find better places to live no questions asked. Do not live here, don't deal with the headache
Absolutely loved it here! Met so many great people and I had a wonderful time hanging out with the staff!
Horrible management who will screw you over at every turn. Do not live here.
This place is crap. My best friend and I were supposed to move in and nobody told us about a $800 fee. So if you like having to pay unexpected money that nobody else had to pay by all means go ahead and live here. All they want is your money!
