Horrible gnat problem. Not to mention the brown recluse spiders. Disgusting. Unlivable. Doubt I’ll be compensated in any form due to the dangerous living situation they had me in, in addition to being constantly sick because of the mold in the walls.

If you want to live in a mold and bug infested apartment with a lovely view of a junk yard outside then this apartment is perfect for you! The reserve specializes in disregarding all Maintence requests and the only way you can get their attention is by going to the front office and complaining in person. When we moved in the apartment was completely filthy and had to be cleaned top to bottom. Its a nightmare. They have the worst matching system ever. They want to charge you for everything and also never gives you solution to anything. Its cheapear, I guess, but I would have known I would have pay more.
Poor and unprofessional maintenances. My bedside window of my apartment (The Reserve on W 31st street, Lawrence, KS) and wall have leakage problem, during rain water coming through window, carpet and my personal belongings got wet. Even if I complained about the problem repeatedly there was no permanent fix. Over phone support staff assured me to fix the issue but they didn't. — at The Reserve on West 31st.
too many problems within the units. managment conflicts.
I’ve had a horrible experience, my apartment want trashed when I moved in. uneven carpet, paint was messed up, furniture was scraped up from previous tenants. had to get my washer fixed recent because it mad god awful sounds. hot water also went out for awhile and they said it was a non priority problem until my dad called. recently got a $25 charge to my account bc I got locked out late at night. person showed up late, and I’ve never gotten charged $25 before for this. absolutely would never live at the reserves unless you ... read more
