Seriously the worst apartment ever and they will find almost always reasons to charge you a fee when you move. Its cheap because they don't have any urgency to complete repairs to their falling apart units and will make up for you saving a little with cheap rent by charging you bogus fees later on. It appears great for a student with the amenities but you're better off living at Rockland, Connection or Legends.
