They kept almost 1200 dollars of mine that I had paid in advance, saying they couldn't return it after I no longer lived there. Staff has always been so rude and I have gotten several fines that I literally should not have gotten. My apartment had several things broken and when I asked for them to be fixed the maintenance said there was nothing they could do about it. Forget what everyone is saying about this place, they have no intention of stealing any money and their staff is AWESOME. If you break something, destroy your apartment, or break rules you get fined. Move anywhere and see if they don't fine you for those things. The staff is great, they are always there for residents. Don't listen to the bad reviews of people that are salty that they couldn't get away with breaking rules.
It was coo.met. a few people. Oh and this chik at the mailboxes offerd me cookies and a movie. Missed out on that. And got barred. About 12am the police Said i was tresspassing i gave em the finger and left.....ill be back
I have lived here for4 years and have liked it very much. I am an elderly person and even with the young students it is a great place to live and enjoy yourself.
The Apartments are great and affordable. The Management is very responsive and friendly. I moved here about a month ago and so far it has been great.
