This is place is an absolute waste of money and time. Would not live here ever again nor will I ever recommend it to other people. It is not safe either lack cameras only cameras they have is at the leasing office and the security guards haven’t even seen them. We moved my daughter into the Reserve her sophomore year after living on Campus, we love this community and it's very affordable luxury style living! Way better than my first apartment! Individual leases per student keeps them from ever getting stuck paying in a bailed roommates obligation!! Safe and fun place! We had peace of mind with her "away" from home!
I've lived at the Reserve for two years now, and I am very happy with my experience. The apartment has been in good condition, maintenance is helpful and fast, and the front office is always ready to handle any questions or problems you may have. I would recommend if you are a Ku student looking for your first apartment!
I love living here, this is my second time living here and I am sad to leave next year!
The Reserves was my first apartment I got to stay at. I loved staying here. They have pretty nice amenities - basketball hoop, sand volleyball net, and a pool. It's always nice to get together with friends and go outside and play games. Also, they have a public grill which was always nice to use to after playing a game with friends. In addition, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They always approach you with a smile ready to help. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere.
Great place to live! Good computer lab and workout facility. Staff is also very helpful with getting maintenance issues fixed in your apartment!
Lived here for two years and its been a great experience. The summers are fun and the reserves hosts a lot of cool events. Great and cheap housing for college students.
