Love the Reserve! It is a great place for first time lease signers and so reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

The Reserve on West 31st is an amazing place for any college student to live at. The rates are very low compared to other apartments in town. The management is always on top of things as well as the maintenance workers. The also host many fun free food events that are amazing, such as scavenger hunts or pizza pool parties. I would definitely recommend living at the Reserve!

The walls are very thin, leads to high electricity bill. At the end of the year they email you a very extensive cleaning list and basically say if you don't do every single thing on that list you will be fined. it's funny because when i moved in the blinds had stains on them, the carpet was dirty, the drip pans were disgusting the freezer has not been working the whole time ive lived here and maintenance said it was because there was too much stuff in it. Management was the worst part of living here. Maintenance requests took weeks to months and sometimes maintenance would "lose" my requests and I would have to resubmit in person in the office and wait again. The office never had any accountability with issues that came up. The spiders that showed up in my bed, my shower, my closet, clothes, and towels were the next worst. I was on the third floor too, so that's the most ridiculous part. I laid those spider traps they gave me and it never fixed the problem. It was an infestat... read more

3 years and counting and I haven enjoyed my time at the Reserve! The Reserve is a great place to call home! The prices are amazing and for the price, you get great amenities, good apartment space and staff, maintenance and management are great to deal with!
