Only issue was she was alone and did not have any help therefore she had to manage more than 8 people all at the same time. I feel the management company should have at least 2 people on the weekends that was way too much for one person. But I must say she handled it well and all with a smile and positive attitude.
Refuse to return deposits They refused to return a partial deposit and issued the check to another person and couldn't have the decency to correct their book keeping error. Be careful to deal with these people because its easy for them to rip off a young person and nickel and dime them vs doing the correct thing.
