The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is great but there is a fair turnover of the staff and what one says then is changed so it is unreliable. Had issues with parking and failure to deal with neighbors that caused either noise or did not handle their pets adequately.

Auto burgulary How can a place be so expensive with gwinnett police cars everywhere in site and yet we get notices it seems every few months about auto burgulary in the community? This is too much money amount to not feel safe or fear of your vehicle being burgularized.

They will not charge you for the first time you get to the apartment but then next when you are gonna leave the apartment they will charge you for a lot most of the thing cleaning that will be cover for their after resident leave the apartment anyway. So I will not recomend you guys
RecommendedMy husband and I toured here to check it out for our new place! Lindsey and Deja are so sweet and talented! I really respected them and their time with us. This place is at the top of our list!
