There are honestly... (Verified Renter) There are honestly no concerns or reservations. Seems like a great place. Great sense of community. Deja knew many, if not all, of the residents we came across on the tour. They all seem to love each other.
Is a great... (Verified Renter) Is a great place to live. The maintenance work orders are done immediately. Is kept in great shape.
The trash valet... (Verified Renter) The trash valet service policy is not realistic. Specifically, trash has to be in a specific size bag, no pick up on Fridays and Saturdays, pick up times are not convenient for a busy family, cardboard boxes are not picked up, certain items are not allowed in your trash, etc.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because this is the type of quality one should expect from a gated community. Everything is here is very well kept and maintained. Service request are handled very timely and it is very much peaceful with beautiful landscaping/surroundings.

Office and maintenance... (Verified Renter) Office and maintenance personnel are awesome! Always willing to help in any way and maintenance is very quick to respond. Apartment was very clean when I moved in. A few items needed attention but they were quickly resolved by maintenance.
