They are constantly updating things and there is always someone working on the yards, fixing things. That's huge! The office staff knows my apartment number without me having to say it. It feels more... (Verified Renter) It feels more like a home vs all the other apartments I have ever lived in. The features (high ceilings, crown molding, granite counters, tall bathroom counters, etc.) is all higher end.
Hard to justify... (Verified Renter) Hard to justify an apartment complex that is similar in cost to much newer and nice aparmemts that are being built.
The staff @... (Verified Renter) The staff @ the Reserve is always courteous, and quick to resolve any issues identified in a Timely Manner. In my words they are always " on top of it" Thanks Chirs, Andrew & And the entire maintenance staff.
Best community I... (Verified Renter) Best community I have lived in so far. I really appreciate the quality of living in the apartment, amenities and specially the staff who are always ready to help.
STILL A LITTLE... (Verified Renter) STILL A LITTLE OVERPRICED. This is a Nice community however a little pricey. There are far more PLUSH apartment homes with "more decor" that charge the same rates.
The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is high and increases substantially every year. When I do refer the apartments, the comment is it is high and there are new apartments for relatively the same price☹️
