The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is lovely and we've been here for years. Maintenance is so important, even the 'little' things that you just can't do yourself. Chris and his team are unfailingly polite, helpful, friendly, and turn around service requests as quickly as they are able.
if you hire... (Verified Renter) if you hire outside contractors such as painters or repair personnel. Hire professionals, my three year old niece is a better painter. Cleaners should actually clean the apartment not just hit the high spots and leave. The cabinets should have been replaced as they gave water damage and are stained. Amanda was visibly embarrassed by what was overlooked.

Nice Place I love being here at The Reserve. It is very quiet, and everyone minds their own business. The neighbors are pretty friendly though. The amenities are nice. My children enjoy the beautiful pool area and the tennis court. We feel safe here. I have been here for a little over a year and have never experienced or heard of any crazy incidents happening. I will probably not be renting here after this year because the rent has gone up tremendously since last year ---$150!!! I cannot afford to stay here with each year go... read more
quiet and convenient I've lived here for a couple of years and have never had any kind of problem with noise or disturbance. the leasing staff is very friendly, especially Amanda. She always remembers my name no matter how long it's been since I have spoken to her or seen her. I am within walking distance, if I so choose, of restuarants,grocery and entertainment. and I love the fitness area. it certainly helps me stay in shape!
