I rate this... (Verified Renter) I rate this a 4 because I am having problems with trash pickup and the onus has been placed on me to contact the company as if I have an independent contract with them. Second, options are needed for internet and tv service. Spectrum is the absolute worse in the industry; everything about them from their remote controls to their extremely slow internet service is obsolete and yet you allow this monopoly to remain at the detriment of your tenants.
Maintenance keeps up... (Verified Renter) Maintenance keeps up with the apartment. Maintenance staff are friendly and courteous. Property is kept clean. I really enjoy the landscape gardening/flowers of choice for every season. Also I enjoy the size of the apartment.
I would suggest... (Verified Renter) I would suggest they live on the top floor. Also, rental rates if they increase then I would suggest they just try a brand new apartment for these outrages rent prices where they don't have to show income of 3.5 times the rent.
