Canceled the day before my appointment as apparently they should have requested a deposit and patch test and didn't. The message showed as read but claimed it was never received. Very unprofessional especially as I booked in 3 weeks prior and spoke to the lady twice on the phone. Left me stranded at the last moment and too late to book elsewhere.
I have had a lash lifts and tints a few times now , but this one was Amazing I was shocked how good my lashes looked and that’s thanks to Alex thank you sooo much I love them I would never use anyone else now 🤗
First time ever getting lashes and I love them!! Alex is so lovely, I felt really comfortable whilst there - I will definitely be returning in the future!
After a 12 hour shift this is the place I love to go for a relaxing massage, Alex always looks after me & I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou for keeping me relaxed & mobile 😊
I always go to Alex for an eyebrow wax and she does an amazing job every time . I recently went for a back massage and facial, It was amazing and so relaxing. Will definitely be booking in for them more often. Will always recommend Alex and it’s so nice to see her and have a catch up x
