Nice place but terrible mismanagement of a huge event. Misleading. Rude staff. Filthy bathrooms. Paid thousands for VIP was made to feel like unwanted garbage. Of all the fine establishments I've stayed at and will stay at, I'd sleep in a tent before giving the Raleigh Hotel/restaurant another dime.
Terrible, rude and unproffesional staff! Better choose other hotel !
