Nice hotel but needs some updating around pool area. Staff is fabulous and very courteous. In great location and easy to walk to most things in South Beach.

Nos malograron las vacaciones!!! Muy malo el servicio en la playa, las persona que deben de ayudar a acomodar las poltronas son malcriadas y agresivas, lotizan los espacios en la playa como si fueran propiedad privada. Todos los huéspedes que estamos en la playa estamos muy incómodos ya que además pagamos por el servicio. Si quieren disfrutar de la playa este hotel no lo recomendamos ���
El servicio y cordialidad del hotel muy bueno, pero el servicio en la playa es pésimo. La persona encargada de colocar las poltronas y toallas es malcriada, agresiva y matonesca. Estábamos descansando con mi esposa en 2 poltronas frente al mar sobre la arena, entendemos un lugar publico y esta persona llega de manera prepotente me despierta para decirme que debo retroceder 3 metros porque, el es el "manager" y tiene los espacios "reservados".
