Great place. Friendly staff and doggo(brunel). Food smells great( I didn't have any) locals are nice and the pool table is well kept.
Second time we have stayed here for an event in Abingdon but the service has declined. Owner was rude and not what you would expect from a landlady/hotelier. Bed was clean but shower left a lot to be desired photo of wipe along ridge in shower. Made myself and guests feel unwelcome. Pizza on first night was cold in the middle. Will definitely not stay here again.
