We had our company Christmas party at this beautiful venue last week. The service from start to finish was exceptional and all our needs, including last minute changes were accommodated without any fuss. The staff were brilliant and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the night. The food was amazing. Thanks again to Lian, Jo, Elle and all the staff at The Pumping House who made our Christmas Party 'the best one to date'.
Interesting architecture and it's good to see that it hasn't simply been allowed to fall into disrepair after the original purpose is now redundant. As a wedding venue, the reason for the visit, it has some nice attributes. The acoustics aren't well suited but I don't suppose that is surmountable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! We had our wedding at The Pumping House a couple of weeks ago and it really was the best day. The staff were absolutely brilliant—so attentive and professional, making sure everything ran seamlessly. What a fantastic venue and the most fabulous staff. We celebrated our Daughter and Fiancé wedding last Saturday 9th November 2024 and we were absolutely overjoyed by the whole experience. The staff each and everyone of them went above and beyond to ensure the day went absolutely perfect and it sure did.
