Wow what can I say it’s amazing gym friendly Help is there as you need it lots of advice on foods training etc highly recommended by me I lost the weight I wanted to on the 6 weeks challenge 5 stars from me

Great Gym with a really good mixture of classes. Everyone friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend the gym
After feeling pretty rubbish and having a holiday coming up, my sister in law mentioned she had signed up to a 6 week challenge at the pt studio, a challenge is something I've wanted to do for a long time but never had the confidence. Anyway in the end myself, partner and a few other family members decided to sign up before our holiday.
