The Professionals were wonderful! They made our actual moving day experience so painless. I wish I would have known how great it was going to be, I would have stressed so much less in the days leading up to it. The Professionals did a great job with our move. They were timely, provided a reasonable estimate, and (as the name states) incredibly professional. 4 stars instead of 5 because the move took about 90 minutes longer than the estimate, and they marked up a couple of walls when moving them into our new place. Small issues, but still not perfect. That said - I would recommend them to any friends looking for a movers!
My husband and I moved from Edison Park to Roscoe Village on Sunday 3/1. They moved our stuff from a storage unit to a second floor apartment. These guys were amazing! They called to notify us when they were on their way, arrived about 25 minutes early. The entire process of moving out storage unit, unpacking to the second floor, and putting together out bedroom set took a total of 2 Thank 1/2 hours. Impressive! I highly recommend The Moving Professionals to anyone seeking quick, efficient, and friendly movers. Thank you!
Smoothest Move EVER! I had to move on snowy icy day. The movers arrived on time and kept all of my stuff dry and safe. They did a great job quickly moving boxes from a three floor walk up. I would absolutely use them again. Very reasonably priced!
The whole process from calling for an estimate, to the actual move was smooth. Our couch is enormous and the crew got it over the railing of our second floor without problem. They stayed to the minimum time estimated and there were no surprises.
Though I used Professional moving specialist about a month ago but finally I managed time today to recommend the company. They were awesome during my move.This company made it so easy for me to plan move The sales guy at the office did everything possible to give me confidence, clearly explained the whole process and rest was done by crew. They made sure I get everything I asked for within the given time and within my budget. I did not get any reason to complain. I just have good words for this company.Worth the money.
This was my first time using the Professional Moving Specialists and I was really impressed with their service. I did a lot of research prior to my move and no one was able to come close to their price quote. I also appreciated that they included free boxes and moving supplies. On moving day, the movers showed up early and we were able to get a head start on my move! I was only moving a studio and we finished in about 2 hours! That was 2 hours less than I was quoted!
