They were on time, ready to go, and not at all fazed by the very tricky corner they had to maneuver to get my not-small couch out of the apartment. The company was also extremely understanding and responsive when I was scheduling the move even though I had to move the appointment no fewer than five times due to the freight elevator availability in the building I was leaving. I whole-heartedly recommend this company!
Arrived on time, fast, friendly and courteous. They didn't damage anything and didn't lose anything. Quote was within what I expected to pay and what I ended up being charged at completion.
The movers showed up early and got things going. They made a move from the southwest suburbs back to Chicago less stressful. I would use them again in the future.
I have had the BEST experience moving with The Professionals twice. They take care in moving my belongings and do their job with a smile even if they are moving heavy furniture. I used the Professionals Moving Specialists company in Chicago for a short, two mile local move. I was very pleased that the movers showed up early and got moving fast. They packed my furniture and boxes very quickly and also took great care in wrapping the items, moving them out the door, and into the truck.
