Used the professionals for our move in Jan of 2014. They were just spectacular, everything went as planned. The drivers showed up on time, clean and ready to work. Even though it was the dead of a very intense winter (the level of salt on the streets was epic) our old home and new home's floors were left in pretty great shape. For moves in the future I know just who we will call :)
Hiring The Professional Moving Specialists was the smartest MOVE I made! Modesto, Gonzalo and Erik were fantastic! They took great care, got the job done in record time and could not have been more professional. The representatives in the office, like Karmin, were extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend The Professional Moving Specialists!
After using other movers in the past, I was ready for this move to be a mediocre (at best) experience. I didn't know moving could actually be hassle free until the Professionals guys showed up on time, moved us out of our place and into our new place within 3 hours, didn't break anything or complain about anything. Such a relief. We're using them again to help us get a pallet of ceramic tile from the store to the house. Love these guys.
Everything about The Professionals, Inc. Moving Specialists impressed me. They were very helpful and accommodating in setting up my move, they were exactly on time (to the minute!) and they were very efficient. Modesto was the foreman, and he did an excellent job of communicating with me and then communicating with the crew. These guys were great. They showed up on time, worked quickly, took good care of my furniture, did not try to sell me unnecessary services, were efficient, and did an excellent job. The rates were fair and the company did not over state or understate the quote. The team worked efficiently and carefully and got the job completed in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and use them again.
My experience with The Professionals Moving Specialists was great from the time I called to get a quote to the completion of my move. I was provided with all of the information I would need before the move and helpful moving tips. They don't charge for wardrobe boxes, which is a definite plus! I hired the Pro-Movers about 3 weeks ago for an intra-city move, they were great. I honestly had no qualms- they were early, prompt and the move went even faster than anticipated and was under what I was quoted. All my things were taken care of during the move, they provided boxes for all of my clothes and loose items and the process was made really easy.
