I had my first experience with Pro Movers 2 years ago and it was a very easy process. The movers were right on time and did their jobs quickly and carefully. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and polite, which makes things much nicer. They are also very accommodating to changes and it was a big help not having problems when you needed to change your item list, etc. I also thought that since you are paying by the hour they would take their time to charge more but they definitely hustled while maintaining care of my items. This was the second time we have used the Professionals to move, and they will be the only movers I use in the future! These guys are quick, efficient, punctual and true professionals. Our three movers made a great team and managed to get our packed two bedroom moved to our new third floor apartment in about 5 hours... that is including an hour drive! These guys are the best!
These guys were the best! Showed up right on time and beat their estimate by an hour, saving us money! They were quick and efficient and yet still took good care of our furniture and other possessions. We're looking forward to using their services for our next move!

Just had a great move in Chicago with The Professional Moving Specialists. On time, fast, friendly, and accommodating service! They wrapped my bed in plastic, handled furniture with care, and managed to move some (extremely) heavy boxes without breaking anything. Overall a great deal for what you're getting - just remember to go to the bank beforehand to get a cashiers check or cash!
We moved twice in a year (not recommended). The second time, I decided to use The Professionals. For the first move, I opted to go with someone else because I wanted the option to put it on my credit card (which the Professionals do not have). I'm glad I went with the Professionals. I booked the minimum 2.5 hours with the thought that they would get the big stuff and that my wife and I could move the smaller boxes on our own. I've used the Professionals on my last three moves and couldn't be more pleased with their service. The movers arrive on time, are courteous, and take great care of your items. The estimate process is also a breeze yet very thorough and accurate.
