Victor and his team were great. They arrived 15 minutes early and we were able to begin earlier. They got right to work. They moved us out of our two bedroom apartment that was on the 2nd floor of a walk-up. They worked very efficiently and worked the entire time. They communicated with us exactly what they would need to do to move certain things, all potential additional fees, and exactly what items they were not able to move (liquor, food). The Professionals were recommended to me by a friend who'd had a great experience and I've already recommended them to two other friends. They were fast to get back to me with a quote, cheaper than or comparable to the others, and the team hustled their butts off to get me moved quickly. It actually took less time than we expected so it cost less than my estimate. The team we had was with Sylvestre and two movers. I will never move without a (GOOD) professional mover again.

Silvestre and his crew showed up at my place promptly @8:00 a.m as I asked. They moved me out fast including a 500 lb safe. Then we went to my Fiancee's apartment. Again they buzzed through her stuff as well. We got to our new place and the freight elevator was down yet these guys did a fantastic job of getting the job done as quickly as they could. They made what could have been a disaster pretty painless. These guys were great and I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs to move in the City.

From scheduling a moving time, getting in contact again to ask follow up questions and completing the move, The Professionals Inc. Moving Specialists were very helpful, accommodating and made my move go as smoothly as possible. They were very up front about prices and the movers were very efficient. This was my second time using them and I will use them again.

The Professionals, Inc. were incredible! They were early, efficient, and very friendly. They are so hard working and they got me moved out and moved in to my new place in 2.5 hours. I would recommend The Professionals, Inc. to anyone moving. I plan on using them for all of my future moves!

We moved from two apartments into our new home and were very pleased with how smooth and quickly everything went. The Professionals had me moved out of my apartment within an hour and then had my boyfriend moved out of his place in about two hours! They worked very efficiently while still being careful with all of our furniture. They helped dissemble and reassemble all of our bedroom furniture so that we were as settled as could be for the first night in our new place. I've moved with The Professionals three times and every time (regardless of crew) have been incredibly please with their services. They have all been efficient, courteous, on time, and have never damaged anything (including some fragile furniture and electronics that I was initially hesitant to move). Moving is hard enough... The Professionals are the best part!

We needed to remove quite a bit of furniture from our place before staging it to sell, and we really didn't want to do it ourselves. The Professionals did a superb job, were super gentle with our furniture and fragile boxes, and were QUICK. They really took the stress out of the "move." We can't wait to use them again for the real deal.
