Perfect hotel for business or pleasure. Ideal location close to transit and parks. Service is exceptional and attention to detail at every turn. This will become my go to location on London. Thank you to the entire team.
We stayed at the Prince Akatoki London for a total of 3 nights. From our first arrival until we left we were met with exemplary customer service. While we were early to check in 1pm, they offered to store our luggage in their safe room while we went out and grabbed lunch while waiting for check in. The lobby is on the smaller side but has everything a minimalist luxury hotel lobby should.
