Checked in to find my room smelt of damp and water was dripping from the ceiling! Hairs in the sink and the water wasn’t running clear. Asked at reception immediately if I could have a refund but said no one was on shift to be able to authorise this! How can you expect someone to pay £100 a night for a room that has dirty water and water dripping from the ceiling!!
Booked well in advanced, turned up today and hotel is completely shut and looks like a building site. Unable to get through to them on the phone.
