Great place. Fantastic instructors who explain moves step by step. I need moves breaking down due to needing time to process them and they always make sure they do that. They have a lovely teenager training with them but she is also a student and she greeted me at the door on my first session. Explained what would happen, gave me the forms and explained them. This place has been incredible for myself and my daughter. The instructors are my sister's but I never thought I would give pole a go. I was so worried the pole would not hold my weight as I'm plus sized and I thought people would judge me. The instructors constantly encouraged me to just try and built up my confidence to actually try and hold my body weight. Now I do spins, moves I never thought I could and I'm working on my invert to try get my feet to the pole. Without their encouragement there is no way I'd have tried. I... read more

Superb mobile studio. The instructors have accepted and encouraged my daughter from day one. Aerial classes are her only favourite time of the day!

Hey, anyone looking to give pole or Aerial a try needs to book this class immediately! Cat, Lynx and Sarah are amazing instructors/mentors/highly qualified individuals. They have their amazingly talented and highly capable niece in class too who although isn’t an instructor is always on hand to point in the right direction if you ask her if any of the instructors are busy with other students, which is perfectly safe just giving guidance or showing you something.
