We feature local sustainably raised old-world style charcuterie made from pigs from our own farm in Trumansburg NY. With a production facility right on the farm, we can offer the absolute freshest meat at our shop - everything we sell is fresh and never frozen. We also now have chicken, duck, beef, and other meats from fellow local farmers.

Brad and Heather are the best! The staff is awesome. The Piggery provides a great assortment of locally and sustainably raised meats. They do whole hog butchery back of house, where they also make wonderful charcuterie and delicious sausages.

Compliments on the pork chop stuffed with TBurg Grillers and coated with herbs that I got this past Saturday. Wow!!! It was delicious.
