We feature local sustainably raised old-world style charcuterie made from pigs from our own farm in Trumansburg NY. With a production facility right on the farm, we can offer the absolute freshest meat at our shop - everything we sell is fresh and never frozen. We also now have chicken, duck, beef, and other meats from fellow local farmers.

I love the flavor and quality of the foods-I NEVER buy any other liver wurst since I've had theirs! The peeps at the store are also great fun!
