With a production facility right on the farm, we can offer the absolute freshest meat at our shop - everything we sell is fresh and never frozen. We also now have chicken, duck, beef, and other meats from fellow local farmers.

We absolutely adore the Piggery!!! We can never go back to regular ham for Christmas after having one of theirs a few years back. Even the fat tastes amazing! Don't think twice about purchasing from them. I personally guarantee you are gonna love it! Their practices of care and love with their critters should be the norm and not the exception, in the meat industry. And you can taste the difference! Happy pigs just taste better! We had a porchetta shipped across the state for our Easter feast. It arrived well packed and thoroughly chilled, and it roasted up to a golden turn. What a beauty on our holiday table surrounded by roasted veg and happy family. Crisped fat surrounding tender and lush meat and a savory herb schmear. It was a wonderful meal in every way, and our thanks go to the fine folks at The Piggery.
WOW - I ordered the Porchetta Roast and the Holiday Ham to serve at Easter Dinner this year and both were a huge hit! Thank you to all the farmers and butchers that made our dinner amazing!
