We feature local sustainably raised old-world style charcuterie made from pigs from our own farm in Trumansburg NY. With a production facility right on the farm, we can offer the absolute freshest meat at our shop - everything we sell is fresh and never frozen. We also now have chicken, duck, beef, and other meats from fellow local farmers.

I have been following you here on Facebook for sometime. I happened to be in Ithaca yesterday and was driving by saw your sign, had to pull in. I had the best experience!! Aaron took care of me and what an awesome ambassador for the store. So kind, considerate and engaging. I love the Piggery because not only can I support local farmers, but I buy from the butcher case to avoid plastic packaging. I can now get my staple meats (chicken, bacon, ground pork, sausages, steak and pork chops) plastic-free, and I don't have to worry about their origins. Without the Piggery, it would be impossible. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
It’s not the local market it used to be .
stopped in while camping at Buttermilk Falls . everything looked perfect. bought a fantastic piece of top round that I spit roasted at camp, and a bunch of charcuterie. staff was awesome, place is great. sent pictures to friends in Buffalo, and a couple are planning a road trip just to come here.
