We feature local sustainably raised old-world style charcuterie made from pigs from our own farm in Trumansburg NY. With a production facility right on the farm, we can offer the absolute freshest meat at our shop - everything we sell is fresh and never frozen. We also now have chicken, duck, beef, and other meats from fellow local farmers.

I’ve been going to the Piggery for almost six years now. Everything I have bought there has been wonderful. Their pork chops are great, cook so well in my cast iron. This past thanksgiving I got half a turkey from them since it’s just my son and I and it was wonderful to have such a fresh turkey and not have to commit to 10 or 12 pounds for only 2 people. Our entire family loves The Piggery! We were introduced to their products at a local store here in Northern Virginia. We have since ordered other products from their online shop a few times. Customer Service is top notch!

I purchased The Piggery deli meat for the first time at my local @[49079254653:MOM's Organic Market] (in Maryland) and it spoiled within 24 hours of opening the package! I thought it might be a fluke thing with the bologna, but the same thing happened with the ham as well. It was well within the use/sell by date, so that was not the issue. I am not taking my chances on the Turkey I purchased. I'm returning it to the store. I have never had meat go bad that quickly. I will not be purchasing your products any longer.
Always love walking into their physical store, whenever I am in Ithaca. Always new and lovely meats and other produce.
