We feature local sustainably raised old-world style charcuterie made from pigs from our own farm in Trumansburg NY. With a production facility right on the farm, we can offer the absolute freshest meat at our shop - everything we sell is fresh and never frozen. We also now have chicken, duck, beef, and other meats from fellow local farmers.

Just ate some Frisch sausages. Probably the best sausage I've ever had. And all the other meat I've had from the Piggery has been amazing.
We love this place! Living in Binghamton, we like to stop in whenever we're in Ithaca. Awesome people, delicious meat...what more could you want? We also took a pig butchering class here in March 2013. Truly phenomenal! We can't say enough great things about The Piggery!
