Enjoyed a delicious Sunday roast with a large group of friends today. Food and service was excellent in a beautiful countryside setting.
Had a very enjoyable two night stay here. The ground floor room we stayed in had access to outside bench overlooking fields and hills, lovely to sit with cuppa and chill Our evening meal in thecrestsursnt was excellent and all the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend
Stayed locally and called in twice. No wait either time .menu limited but food is a very high quality. Staff very professional and friendly. Highly recommend
On a Tuesday night, this is where the local and exceptionally friendly Thame Backgammon Club meets. The club caters for players of all abilities, united by the love of the game! The pub food is excellent and neither do they skimp on portion size. I had the burger; not only was it huge but it was delish delosh too!
Chose this as we had been before with other family members over from the States and had a lovely meal. This time it was with 2 who hadn't been before. Sadly not nearly as good. Even the cabinet behind the table was half-empty of pretty china! Booked several week ago, and when we arrived the table wasn't even set! Menu shorter, and little effort made to accommodate GF options. On the plus side some items were offered and priced for larger or smaller appetites.
