Do not use this shop! We ordered balloons a month ago only to find they only ordered them the day before I was due to collect them and they weren’t going to be in at the time I was originally told due to them not being delivered in time! Ridiculous. Third time I’ve given a local business ago and third time we have been screwed over.
Staff was very friendly and helped me get my items really quick
I use to buy regular balloons from them but on recent purchase, disappointed with customer service provided. Also, many of the number and character balloons were out of stock. They need to restock and improve customer service.
What a lovely shop. Great service. Got my grandson a single helium balloon, it was great value and he loved it. Thanks girls.
