Perfect hotel. The owners were amazing welcoming and attentive. The rooms had everything we needed and were cleaned to the highest level. Cannot wait to stay again. Beautiful building finished to the highest spec. The food was good 😊. Close to the town and amenities. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
This is a real gem of a Hotel in the most unlikely location. The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The hotel has retained the beauty of the original architecture, with stunning design and modern amenities. On site parking, and it's easy access to food and entertainment in Warrington Town Centre make it perfect for a weekend break, or night away. A hidden gem in centre of Warrington. A huge amount of effort and expense has clearly gone into refurbishing this former bank, with exquisite attention to detail and high quality fixtures and fittings. Some small electrical glitches in my room - couldn't get the lights closest to the door to work at all, and the bathroom fader bizarrely also activated one of the bedside lights. The hotel service and staff are helpful and very easy to do business. Especially Pramud who always provide assistance whenever there is some issues and he always make us feel at hone every week.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at this hotel for one night on a work trip, and from the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She noticed that I had an injured knee and kindly offered to move my room to the ground floor — a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.
