Verified Renter I am comfortable here because of the great residents. But I am tired of constant leaks, crumbling hallway ceilings, and little issues with my refrigerator and my washing machine. I have not turned in the washing machine issue...no hot or warm water because they have already told me no hot water for washing. The staff here does the best they can. If the warm and hot water options are not working, then we need to get that fixed for you ASAP. Moving is always a messy business, especially from out-of-state, but all our questions and concerns were addressed right away by Jace on the leasing team. Maintenance requests have been dealt with quickly and expertly. We are very happy here and feel quite safe in the community.
