Verified Renter Everything far exceed all expectations from our first contact. Moriah responded immediately to my request for a tour, and diligently followed up even after we moved in. The staff member are so attentive, genuine, and helpful in every way. We have lived in A LOT of apartments and this is truly a rare find.

Verified Renter I know the PARO office team and PARO maintenance team work very hard at trying to meet the needs of its residents. In my view most of the community problems at PARO need to be better addressed by GS corporate.
Verified Renter I like my apartment. It is spacious, and the location is close to grocery stores, etc. the in house maintenance people are friendly and helpful. Usually the response is quick. This time communications failed. The dirty halls and garage concern me though.
